Refund and Cancellation Policy

The policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and applies to all genders equally.

1. General
1.1. A purchase on the site constitutes confirmation by the customer that he has read and understood the refund and cancellation policy and that he agrees to it.
1.2. This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations as amended from time to time.

2. Transaction Cancellation
2.1. A transaction may be canceled in accordance with the provisions of the law, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of transaction confirmation - whichever is earlier.
2.2. Cancellation notice will be provided in writing (email, WhatsApp, mail) or via the contact form on the website.
2.3. In the event of cancellation of a transaction not due to a product defect or non-conformity, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS - whichever is lower.

3. Return of Products
3.1. A product will be returned in its original packaging, intact, without damage, folding, use or stains, accompanied by the original invoice.
3.2. Books will only be accepted for return if their original packaging has not been opened/torn.
3.3. T-shirts and prints will be returned when they are new, clean and without signs of use.
3.4. The return of a product will be carried out under the responsibility and at the expense of the customer to the address provided after the cancellation notice.

4. Defective Products or Non-conformity with the Order
4.1. In the event of a defect in the product or non-conformity with the order, the customer must notify the customer within 7 days of receiving the product.

4.2. The defective product will be replaced or a full refund will be given, including the cost of return shipping, at the customer's option.

 

5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used to make the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. If the transaction was made by credit card, the refund will be made through the credit card company in accordance with its schedules.

 

6. Exclusions
6.1. A transaction for a product that has been specially created or customized for the customer cannot be canceled.
6.2. Products cannot be returned after use or damage to the product.
6.3. Items sold at special discounts – will be returned according to the terms provided in this sale.
